In match number eight of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, five-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are hosting Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Friday, March 28. While the Bengaluru-based franchise will be aiming to get their first win at Chepauk over CSK, the hosts on the other hand will look to keep their domination intact against RCB at their home turf.
In the big match, former India and CSK skipper and veteran of the game, MS Dhoni once again grabbed the limelight for his lightning fast stumping. The moment unfolded in the fifth over, which was bowled by the Afghanistan international Noor Ahmed.

Coming out to bowl the final delivery of the over, Noor opted to go for a googly. Salt, who was batting at 32 off 16 deliveries, stayed leg side and looked to drive inside out, but just got beaten on the outside edge as his back foot was lifted in air when MS Dhoni dislogded the stumps with his fast hands.However, the video went viral in no time, his teammates and the cricket enthusiast were left in awe of his brilliant skill behind the stumps.

Earlier in CSK’s IPL 2025 opener against Mumbai Indians, MS Dhoni outclassed stand-in skipper Suryakumar Yadav with his stumping skills. The 43-year-old was timed to have taken only 0.12 seconds to dislodge the bails and send the stand-in skipper back to the pavilion.
