Ronnie Aaron Killings, who is popularly known as R-Truth in the WWE, suffered a gruesome injury during his WWE NXT match against Grayson Waller on Tuesday night. Considering the solemnity of the injury, the referee stopped the fight announcing Waller as the winner.

R-Truth made a surprise appearance on WWE NXT last week during Grayson Waller and Wes Lee interactive segment about their own Halloween Havoc performances. Waller ridiculed R-Truth, who expected to host the Halloween Havoc event that already took place three days earlier, over his misunderstanding.

The incident triggered a fighting event between R- Truth and Waller on  November 1 in the WWE NXT. During the fight, Grayson Waller and R-Truth kicked of the bout on a high note, however, R-Truth took a nasty blow on his knee while attempting an over the rope dive.

R-Truth appeared to hurt his knee after landing outside the ring, leading the show to a commercial break.  After returning from the commercial break, the NXT announced Waller as the winner as R-Truth was unable to continue after a medical evaluation.

After the declaration of the fight result, Grayson Waller  bragged about beating the 50-year-old professional wrestler. Waller claimed to win the fight "all by himself" and snubbed R-Truth's injury.

In the main event fight on Tuesday,  NXT Champion Bron Breakker and Wes Lee faced a defeat against the Pretty Deadly for the NXT Tag Team Championships.
