Rajasthan Royal’s Riyan Parag has always been a player who has been evident in showing his joy be it on the pitch or in front of his players with his dancing moves. The all-rounder earned quite a name for himself when he made his debut for India in the 2018 Under 19 World Cup in New Zealand.
But it seems like his viral video of dancing in front of his teammates during the Under 19 days has gone viral for all the wrong reasons. As Riyan Parag got out on a low score against Chennai Super Kings in RR’s most recent encounter, his old video of dancing resurfaced on social media.

In the video, Parag can be seen throwing his hands and body around to the beats as Shubman Gill, Shivam Mavi, Abhishek Sharma can be seen cheering him on.

With Chennai posting up a high scoring target, Parag came at the crease with the required run rate being more than 12 runs per over. But in the process of trying to make an impact for his team, Parag lost his wicket to Moeen Ali on just 3 runs.
However, Riyan Parag was not the only one who fell in a flea of wickets on Moeen Ali’s off spin bowling. Even David Miller and Chris Morris departed trying to up the ante against the English All-Rounder. Riyan Parag’s bowling performance also was of no help to the Rajasthan Royals as he got smacked for 16 runs in just his one over in the game.
So far in the tournament, Parag has not been able to get into his scoring grove managing to score 25, 2 and 3 runs in his respective IPL 2021 encounters for Rajasthan Royals.
