The security members at the G. M. C. Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Hyderabad kicked out Hyderabad FC members during an Indian Super League clash. As Hyderabad locked horns with Goa in the 0-2 encounter, several Hyderabad staff management members were spotted popping up the ‘salary please’ banners. The team’s staff voiced their concerns over due salaries in the game and requested their earned money to be paid immediately.
However, the security guards present at the stadium intervened and vacated the staff from the stadium. The winners of the 2021-22 edition of the soccer tournament, Hyderabad have been facing financial crunches in the past few years. Reports of delayed and unpaid wages to the staff have been in the news for quite some time. Several staff members and key players have left the cub in search of better wages and a brighter future.

They don’t have correct management: Manolo Marquez slams Hyderabad FC
FC Goa head coach Manolo Marquez, who was part of the Hyderabad club between 2020-2023 slammed the management at the club. Marquez told Sportstar, “The problem is that they don’t have the correct people managing the club.” Apart from this, a source confirmed the situation and said that they are trying to get things fixed.
The source said, “The situation is a bit bad, and we are trying to get things sorted. Even today’s match was touch-and-go with the permissions coming in late. The salary issues were there, and we are trying to get things in order. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.” Hyderabad currently sits at the bottom of the ISL standings with back-to-back losses.
