The Pushpa fever has become global now and the kind of response the movie has received, Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise Part 1, is set to be the most loved and followed movie of the year. Social media has been flooded with fans imitating Arjuns' famous trademark scene from the film. Following the trend, even cricketers express their admiration for the movie by emulating Allu's trademark dialogue, dance moves from the movie's songs. 

From Australia's power-packed opener David Warner with his daughters, Dwayne Bravo in BPL, Indian star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja to Hardik Pandya with his maternal-mother, cricketers from all around have imitated Allu Arjun's trademark scene or have tried to copy him on the famous songs from the movie.

Now Bangladesh top-notch all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan celebrated the wicket of Faf Du Plessis' during the eighth match of the BPL at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. Comilla Victorians' player Shakib bowled a slower delivery to Faf du Plessis. The former Proteas captain tried to elevate the ball but got caught by Ziaur Rahman. Soon after taking the big wicket, Shakib was spotted performing the iconic Pushpa dance step. The video clip of the same has gone viral on the internet.

Comilla Victorians posted 158 for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Mahmudul Hasan Joy top-scored with 48 off 35, including six fours and a six. On the other hand, DJ Bravo took three wickets for Fortune Barishal. In reply, Fortune Barishal failed to up the ante in the run-chase and lost the game by 63 runs. They were bowled out for a mere total of just 95. Nahidul Islam was the pick of the bowlers as he accounted for three dismissals while also bowling a maiden over. He registered 3/5 in 4 overs and was named the Man of the Match.
