Stefanos Tsitsipas, the Greek tennis sensation who reached the semifinals of the Australian Open 2023, has revealed his dream doubles partner outside of the sport – and it is none other than Margot Robbie, the Australian actress famous for her roles in movies like "The Wolf of Wall Street", "Suicide Squad" and "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood".

Tsitsipas, who is currently ranked No. 5 in the world, has expressed his admiration for Robbie on several occasions. During the Australian Open 2023, he was interviewed on the court about the things he likes about Australia and he said that Robbie was his favorite actress. He also added that he would like to see her in his box someday.

In a recent interview with BBC Sport, Tsitsipas was asked about his dream doubles partner and he did not hesitate to name Robbie. The 24-year-old also said that his girlfriend Paula Badosa, who is also a professional tennis player from Spain, supports his choice because she is a big fan of Robbie too.

"My current girlfriend supports it because she is a fan too, a big fan of hers, so I would go with Margot Robbie, I’m happy with that," Tsitsipas said.

Badosa, who is currently ranked No. 34 in the world and reached the quarterfinals of the French Open 2021, responded to Tsitsipas' interview on Twitter. The 25-year-old tweeted: "Oh yeah! I totally support this #MargotFan".

Badosa seems to have no problem with Tsitsipas' hypothetical tennis collaboration with Robbie, showing her confidence and sense of humor. The couple also seems to share a common admiration for the talented actress, who has been married to British film producer Tom Ackerley since 2016.

Badosa and Tsitsipas have been dating since May 2023 and have often shared their love and support for each other on social media. The couple will also play mixed doubles event at the 2023 Wimbledon. In their individual events, Tsitsipas will face Andy Murray in the second round while Badosa will face Marta Kostyuk.
