Ukraine's professional boxing veteran Vasyl Lomachenko cruised to another championship title as the 36-year-old raced past the Australian fighter, George Kambosos, to become the champion of the IBF lightweight championship in Australia. The game ended with an exuberant bloodbath display by the Ukrainian to leave the home player in shatters.
Lomachenko, who is quite popular and has often been criticized for starting the procedures slowly, flushed out all the past experiences as he got off to a thunderous start against the Aussie before his 11th-round finish. The seasoned Ukrainian let his hands do the wonders as he unfurled the fast flurries to push back the home player early in the game.
However, the home crowd favorite tried to pull back the game into his side as he intensified the pace and floated his body to compete in the game. In the next few rounds, Lomachenko ensured that Kambosos couldn’t make his way for a comeback as he continued his unwavering bashing of the Australian and effortlessly punished his opponent. George’s face was filled with a bloodbath in the championship rounds as he couldn’t sustain the fierce attacks and tumbled in the 11th round to give Lomachenko a world champion title.
