Indian batting great Virat Kohli brought the Bihu dance inspired by Riyan Parag on Sunday during In dia's second ODI of the three-match series at R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. The Men in Blue had to settle for a tie in the first game of the series where spinners from both teams dominated on a slow and turning wicket.
In the second One-Day, the Lankans were in early trouble as Mohammed Siraj picked a wicket on the first ball of the match. Rebuilding the innings, Avishka Fernando and Kusal Mendis posted 74 runs before losing two quick wickets. Sadeera Samarawickrama seemed in decent touch but was dismissed by Axar Patel with a quick delivery.

Samarawickrama mistimed his shot and gave a catch to Virat Kohli, stationed at the covers. After completing the catch, the former Indian captain celebrated the wicket with a Bihu dance while looking back at the dugout where Riyan Parag was sitting. The Rajasthan Royals star has performed the Bihu multiple times in the IPL.
Before the start of the game, Rohit Sharma spoke about how he wants his team to play with complete freedom. At the toss, Sharma said, "It's okay (on having to chase again), we know what to expect when we chase. It has to be. You cannot always go and play with the same mindset and same way."
"You got to adapt to the conditions and then play freely. That's the most important thing (to play with freedom) we want to do as a team. Same XI. Not really worried we didn't pull off the last game. Both teams played well, result not going in favour was fair for that game," he continued.
