The Karnataka High Court directed the Badminton Association of India (BAI) to construct a framework for acceptance of sanctioning tournaments. Justice R. Devdas disposed of petitions filed by Bitsport Pvt. Ltd., the promoter of the Grand Prix Badminton League, and a few badminton coaches and umpires.
