Sri Lanka has become the first team to have qualified for ODI WC 2023 after winning all matches from the qualifier stage of this Cricket World Cup. Sri Lanka won four out of four games in group stage of ODI WC 2023 Qualifier stage as they defeated UAE by 175 runs, Oman by 10 wickets, Ireland by 133 runs, and Scotland by 82 runs respectively.

The Island nation in Super Six stage of ODI WC 2023 Qualifier, defeated Netherlands by 21 runs, Zimbabwe by 9 wickets, and still have a game left against West Indies, which is scheduled to take place on July 7 in Harare. 

Here in this article, we will see which other team can qualify for ODI WC 2023 along with Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka: 8 (1.81) - 4 games (Qualified for WC 2023)

Zimbabwe: 6 (0.03) - 4 games

Oman: 0 (-2.072) - 4 games

1. Zimbabwe

Now, Zimbabwe have one match left against Scotland.

- If, Zimbabwe beat Scotland then they directly qualify for ODI WC 2023.

- If Zimbabwe lose to Scotland, then Zimbabwe might have a small chance (depending on losing margin), as they should hope for Netherlands to beat Scotland later

2. Scotland

- If, Scotland wins their remaining two games against Zimbabwe and Netherlands, they directly qualify for ODI World Cup 2023

- If, Scotland loses to Zimbabwe then they stand eliminated from ODI WC 2023.

- If, Scotland beat Zimbabwe and lose to Netherlands, then they have a chance to qualify for WC 2023 based on Net Run Rate 

3. Netherlands

- Netherlands have a chance to qualify for ODI WC 2023, if they win their final game against Scotland by a good margin, only if Scotland defeated Zimbabwe earlier.

West Indies and Oman stand eliminated from ODI WC 2023 as they can maximum get only four points from WC 2023 Qualifier Super Six points table.
