Indian table tennis veteran Achanta Sharath Kamal has once again proved his dominance in table tennis as he clinched four gold medals and one silver in recently concluded Commonwealth Games 2022. The 40-year-old Sharath won gold medals in Men's Singles, Men's Team and Mixed doubles and Silver in Men's Doubles.

Sharath has already claimed that his performance in CWG 2022 was his 'best ever' and termed his time in Birmingham as his 'best two weeks of his life.' Speaking of his historic performance at recently concluded Games 2022 and being regarded as the greatest Table Tennis player in India, Sharath said he feels good to hear such quotes but the most important thing is his achievements will inspire lot of youngsters in the country.
