Indian all-rounder Axar Patel took to social media and announced that he is set to embrace parenthood. The Indian cricketer took to Instagram and shared a heartwarming video confirming the news. Notably, Patel was recently a part of the India squad for the Bangladesh Test series but didn’t play a single game. Notably, Patel married his wife Meha at a grand ceremony in January 2023.
Patel shared a video on his official account which featured some heartwarming moments from Meha’s baby shower. The families of the couple were also present at the ceremony. Patel accompanied the video with the caption, “A great joy is coming.”

Meha, who Axar is all set to embrace parenthood with, is a dietician and a nutritionist and founded the company called ‘Dt’. Meha is a popular name on social media with a total of 75,000 followers on Instagram, where she talks about nutrition, superfoods and healthy diet. Born on March 26, 1997 in Nadiad, Gujarat, Meha’s parents are Mitul and Prital Patel. Meha and Axar started dating a few years ago and got engaged in January 2022.
Speaking of Axar, the cricketer has been enjoying a golden phase in his career and he was a part of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 winning squad. In the final clash against South Africa, Patel came up with a critical innings of 47 runs off 31 balls and built an important stand with former skipper Virat Kohli.
