World-renowned Kent artist Mr Doodle – aka Sam Cox - unveiled his biggest creation to date. Mr Doodle on Sunday unveiled The Doodle House in Tenterden. What makes the house special and different from others is that the entire house is covered in Cox’s doodles. Every inch of Cox’s 12-room traditional Kentish mansion is sketched with monochrome doodles.

Cox further revealed that he along with his wife Alena – aka Mrs Doodle – plus their doodle dog, will reside in the Doodle House permanently.

Who is Mr Doodle?

Mr. Doodle is a British-born 31-year-old named Sam Cox. Mr Doodle was always into drawings and sketches. He used to scribbles over on his school books and his parents’ furniture during his childhood.

The artist first got into doodles at the University of the West of England in Bristol. He donned apparel covered in his signature patterning. His art led a professor to dub him Mr Doodle. Cox then rose to fame through social media and soon his work started getting recognition internationally, earning him exhibitions in London and Seoul as well as countless collaborations with brands including MTV, Adidas, Fendi, and Puma.

His painting Spring (2019) had sold for nearly $1 million at auction. Cox has over 2.6 million followers on Instagram and has solo museum shows in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
