On Wednesday, April 2, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are hosting the IPL 2022 winners, Gujarat Titans (GT) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru in IPL 2025. Both teams are coming off a win in their respective last match in the tournament and will hope to continue their winning run going forward.
As the two skippers walked out for the toss, it was the visiting captain, Shubman Gill of GT who returned victorious. The GT side elected to bowl first, thus putting the hosts to put the score first on the board at their home turf in Bengaluru. “ We'll bowl first. Looks like a good wicket. We've seen the conditions don't change much. We're all about reducing our unforced errors. We'll try to fine-tune the areas that need it,” Gill said.
Kagiso Rabada misses out due to personal reasons; Arshad Khan included
When asked of the team combination, Gill confirmed a change in the side with Kagiso Rabada missing out due to personal reasons. “Kagiso misses out due to personal reasons so we've got Arshad Khan back,” Gill said. On the other hand, RCB are going with the same XI like their previous XI that took the field against CSK.
