Canada will be making their first-ever appearance in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2024, travelling to the USA to play their four matches in the group stages against the hosts, India, Pakistan, and Ireland. Their qualification to the T20 World Cup 2024 was secured after winning the American Qualifier in Bermuda last year.

Pargat Singh has come through the ranks in the Canadian batting lineup a couple of years ago in the T20I format, scoring a couple of fifties thus far. Harsh Thaker is one of the many all-rounders in the Canadian cricket team, who can score runs quickly and pick up key wickets with the ball as well.
Nicholas Kirton and the wicket-keeper Shreyas Movva have lower strike-rates in comparison to some of the other batters in the team, but they have the ability to accumulate vital runs in the middle overs for Canada.
