Karnataka and now Vidharbha batter Karun Nair was once deemed the next best thing in Indian cricket with his triple ton against England, but hasn’t lived up to those expectations. Despite his cut-short international career, Nair has been slogging it out in domestic cricket. Across T20s, the former Rajasthan Royals star has scored 3207 runs in 157 games with two centuries and 18 fifties at a strike rate of 132.41 and could emerge as a reliable middle-order option for several teams in the tournament.

Manan Vohra
In the list of players with untapped potential, Manan Vohra has grown into a glaring name with someone who hasn’t made it despite putting in some great performances. The Chandigarh-born cricketer has a lot of experience in domestic T20s and the IPL as the right-handed batter has played 56 games for teams like the Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants. In this time, Vohra has amassed 1083 runs with the help of three fifties.
