Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown is again part of a controversy as he faces arrest for missing child support payments. Brown could face police procedure after a Florida judge has permitted his arrest after missing yet another payment to his ex-partner, Wiltrice Jackson. Brown has been out of the NFL over the past two seasons after abruptly leaving a game.

According to documents from the Miami-Dade County court, the ruling was announced on August 9. The decision was made after Antonio Brown failed to make a $15,000 child support payment according to TMZ. Brown can overturn the decision by paying $5000 in attorney fees.
For Brown, this is the second occasion where he has missed a child support payment and was slated to face possible arrest back in April. But the former Pitsburg Steelers’ star made a $30,000 payment to Wiltrice Jackson and avoided jail time. Jackson and Brown were together during the early years of Brown’s NFL career and had a daughter together. However, the couple had a fallout in 2019 when Jackson accused Brown of a physical altercation with her during a confrontation.
