After India’s glorious seven-wicket win over Pakistan in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, a Pakistani journalist has accused Board for Control of  Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah of using black magic for the fixture. The Men in Blue were dominant in each department as they managed to bundle out Pakistan for a total of 192.

Then with the bat, Indian captain Rohit Sharma lit up the Narendra Modi Stadium and helped the two-time champions clinch the game in 30.3 overs.  But after the game, a Pakistan journalist and   Tik Toker, Hareem Shah claimed that Jay Shah employed a black magic expert and Tantrik named Karthik Chakraborty to put a spell on the Pakistani team. Shah also demanded that the International Cricket Council (ICC) should take immediate action.

In her social media post, Hareem Shah wrote, "According to reliable sources, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had enlisted the services of a black magic expert and Tantrik named Karthik Chakraborty to perform black magic on the Pakistani team. The International Cricket Council (ICC) should investigate this matter thoroughly, as it is simply unacceptable."

After the win, Team India will be taking on Bangladesh in Pune’s MCA Stadium to consolidate its place at the top of the table. Whereas Pakistan would travel to Lucknow and take on Australia, who registered their first win of the World Cup campaign against Sri Lanka in Lucknow.
