Burnley has announced an unlikely partnership with YouTube sensations Dude Perfect as their official shirt sponsor for the 2023/24 junior and academy teams. The US-based sports and entertainment group, known for its impressive trick shots and comedy sketches, have 59.5 million subscribers and over 19 billion views on YouTube.

The deal follows the investment of retired NFL star JJ Watt and his wife Kealia, a former US soccer international, who became minority shareholders of the Premier League club in February 2023. Kealia Watt is a former US Women’s National Team (USWNT) international who will help the women’s squad and the couple also attended the club’s 3-0 win over Wigan in March.


Dude Perfect’s Garrett Hilbert said the group was extremely excited to partner with Burnley ahead of their return to the Premier League. Hilbert said on the deal, “We’re extremely excited to partner with Burnley FC ahead of their return to the Premier League. This opportunity was one that we couldn’t miss and we can’t wait to kick off the partnership.”



The partnership will see Dude Perfect’s branding adorn all 2023/24 junior retail shirts, while the logo will also be seen on the academy teams’ home, away and third shirts for the upcoming season. The group which is very popular among the youngsters will also work with the club to create some digital content for the fans.


Burnley chairman Alan Pace mentioned that the partnership with Dude Perfect demonstrates the club’s ambition to bring the Burnley brand to younger audiences across the globe.
