Grammy award winner Jack Black recently praised Virat Kohli and mentioned him as his favorite cricketer of all time. The 54-year-old actor and comedian also described Kohli as the 'Michael Jordan of cricket'.
Kohli has certainly made his case for the title, scoring an astounding 8676 runs in test cricket, 12902 runs in ODI cricket, and 4008 runs in T20Is at an average of around 50 in all three formats. The top-order batsman is also the leading contender to break Sachin Tendulkar’s once unattainable record of 100 centuries, as he is currently on 76 centuries. These are his statistics without taking into account the IPL, where he has been phenomenal too.

Now he has fans in Hollywood too, as ‘King Kong’ actor Jack Black has expressed his admiration for Kohli. Of all the cricket players, he is the most expressive. He is like the Michael Jordan of cricket."

Currently, Kohli is preparing for the all-important clash against Pakistan on Sunday, September 10 in Colombo. The prolific batsman will look to improve after failing to leave a mark in the opening game against Pakistan. The veteran managed just 4 runs before he was bowled by Shaheen Afridi, and he didn’t get a chance to bat in the next contest with Nepal.
