England's young batting sensation Harry Brook became the first millionaire of the IPL 2023 Mini Auction as SunRisers Hyderabad secured his services for a whopping INR 13.25 Cr. As Brook has been drawing significant attention for his ability to take spinners to the cleaners, franchises were expected to go bonkers for the Englishman. As soon as Brook’s name was announced at the auction table, RCB raised the paddle.

Rajasthan Royals also looked interested for a significant time, but it was SunRisers Hyderabad who walked away with the batter. SRH stayed in the bidding war till the very end and eventually secured Brook’s services for a whopping 13.25 Crores.
