5. Tom Latham
With an ability to play big innings under pressure, Tom Latham has proved himself in the Test as well as ODIs. The focus of his career has never been T20s, which is evident from his number of appearances as well.
Latham last featured for the New Zealand T20I side in September 2021 and has garnered 322 runs in 15 innings. The southpaw’s CV in T20s is not good enough, which might not excite the franchises to raise the paddle for him.
