The former finalists from the year 2020 of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Delhi Capitals, have shared their released players list ahead of the IPL 2024 auction. It was last season, with David Warner at the helm, DC had their worst IPL in more than four years, finding themselves second from bottom on the points table after nine losses in 14 matches.
Delhi Capitals will have ₹4.45 crore purse from the IPL auction last season, coupled with the ₹5 crore increase according to the IPL governing council’s new ruling for all the teams. Adding the amount in their purse from the players released before the upcoming auction, DC will be fancying their chances to make their squad better for the IPL 2024 season.
