Raider Six is India's very own ‘original Battle Royale’ game and it will compete with market giants like BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile. The game has a slightly different story than most of the battle royale games available around. It is set in a dystopian world where the nonrenewable source of energy is expected to run out by 2048.
A new energy source called Element U is invented, but the entire supply is stored in Area 6 and a lot of dispute is seen regarding it. However, a fatal bioweapon attack wipes out Area 6, giving rise to the Pandora Virus, which eventually turns all soldiers and guardians into zombies. The player's responsibility as a Raider is to loot Element U because his actions will determine the fate of the planet. He must battle valiantly and have confidence in his comrades if he wants to save the world.
The game is expected to hit the stores on July 4 at 12:00 PM IST and is developed by Starlight Gaming. The trailer of the game was released on July 31, where the storyline of the game was explained.
The makers are also offering an exclusive reward to players who register for the game before its release. But the rewards have not been unveiled till now. According to the official website, 36,500 users have pre-registered till now. The game does not have a high system requirement to play, but at least 1.5 GB RAM and an Android version of 5.0 or above are required, supported by a stable internet connection.
The game will feature multiple playable vehicles like helicopters and tanks. Players will get to indulge in in-game trading by selling the loot acquired in the raids. The game is loaded with upgradable weapons and exclusive skins along with battle passes. Grenades will have the feature of transforming monsters into chickens.
