Rishabh Pant might not be in the squad for the IPL 2023, but the wicketkeeper-batter was spotted watching the ongoing match between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans from stands at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. This comes after Head Coach Ricky Ponting said that he will talk to Pant to visit the stadium for the team’s home matches.

Pant, who survived a horrific car accident in December 2022, was seen sitting in the stands alongside DC owner Parth Jindal. Picture of the same are now doing rounds on social media.
Moments later after pictures of Pant went viral from the stadium, netizens also shared video of the star Indian wicketkeeper-batter arriving at the stadium is also going viral.
Ahead of DC’s match against defending champions, the players from the squad shared wishes for Pant’s speedy recover. The Delhi Capitals social media shared video of the same which starred Prithvi Shaw, Axar Patel, Rovman Powell, Indian off-spinner Kuldeep Yadav, youngster KL Nagarkoti and a few others.

The 24-year-old is likely to remain out of action for the entire 2023 and his return in 2024 is highly unlikely.
