After the BCCI announced the Indian squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, the anticipation among the fans has started to build-up for the biennial ICC tournament. In an unexpected twist, a post appeared on the social media platform X, which allegedly leaked the image of the Indian jersey for the T 20 World Cup 2024, set to be played in the Caribbean and the USA.
The alleged leak of the Indian jersey fo r the upcoming ICC tournament, beginning on June 1, showcased the tri-colour stripes on the v-shaped neck. It also had the traditional stripes on the saffron sleeves from Adidas, who are the official kit sponsor of the Indian cricket team.
The design of the alleged Indian jersey for the T20 World Cup 2024 is completely different from the current T20I jersey of the team. It has a round-collared with shades of the Ashok Chakra on the Indian flag.
