French legend Thierry Henry reacted to the ratings given to Portugal's great Cristiano Ronaldo in the EA Sports' FC 24. Henry was in a conversation with BR Football following the official launch of the video game, where he came across the ratings of several footballers, including Ronaldo. Speaking of the game, EA decided to drop ‘FIFA’ from their name and renamed it FC 24.

In a video posted by BR Football on their official social media account, the French great could be seen guessing the FC24 players from their statistics. The list of players Henry reacted to includes Lionel Messi, Thibaut Courtois, Virgil van Dijk, and Casemiro among others. After many other cards, Henry was shown a Saudi League, which he didn’t recognise at first. Later, it was revealed to him that the card belonged to Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo, who had a rating of 86.

The rating left Henry surprised, as the Portugal captain saw a significant drop in his ratings from the previous ratings. In FIFA 23, Ronaldo was given a rating of 90 and hence, Henry felt that his current ratings were not right. Seeing the ratings, the Frenchman said, “No, that’s not him. Wow, that’s bad.” It is to be noted that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has seen a continuous drop in his ratings.

In FIFA 20, he got 93 points, which then dropped to 92 in FIFA 21, and 91 in FIFA 22. Apart from him, players like Virgil Van Dijk and Casemiro were given 89 points while Antoine Griezmann was given a rating of 88.
