Indian skipper Rohit Sharma finally put an end to a fan’s 10-year-long wait by signing an autograph for him. The Indian captain, who missed the first Test due to paternity leave, is set to play the second game of the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Notably, the second game of the ongoing Australia-India series is set to begin on December 6, and it will be a pink-ball day-night Test, scheduled to be played in Adelaide.
Sharma has a huge fan following among fans from all parts of the world. Apart from his powerful knocks, fans are fond of his sense of humour and straightforward nature. The cricketer was present at the Adelaide Oval where the Indian team was playing a two-day Practice Test against Prime Minister XI before their second match against Australia. As the guests ended up winning the match by six wickets, the 37-year-old fulfilled a fan’s decade-long dream.
