India’s former captain and wicketkeeper MS Dhoni is undoubtedly one of the most popular and loved cricketers. The 42-year-old enjoys a mass fandom across the globe. Not only among fans but the ex-India captain has been given a respectable stature among his teammates also. However, things haven’t been only positive for the Indian captain.
Dhoni has engaged in several rifts with his fellow teammates. There have been many incidents when many of his former teammates have criticised the 2011 WC-winning captain. Here are a few of them:
Yuvraj Singh
Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh , along with MS Dhoni, were considered as two pillars of Indian cricket during their playtime. Both the prime middle-order batters played brilliant knocks and guided India to win the 2011 World Cup triumph. However, Singh’s career was affected when he suffered from cancer, and though he made his comeback in cricket, he was far from being his best self.
There were rumours that the star all-rounder didn’t receive the same treatment and his father Yograj Singh slammed India’s ex-captain for being unfair to his son.
