Virat Kohli’s straight six over Haris Rauf’s head during India vs Pakistan match in T20 World Cup was one of the most impactful and celebrated cricket shots in the history of the game. The former Indian skipper produced magical innings against Pakistan at Melbourne Cricket Ground on that day, as he guided Team India to a thrilling win, with his unbeaten 82 off just 53 deliveries.

Apart from Kohli’s magical knock, his shot off Haris Rauf’s delivery was one of the highlights of the tournament and even ICC declared it ‘the best' of the T20 World Cup 2022. While Haris Rauf has even admitted his admiration for Virat Kohli, one of the Pakistan pacers has now claimed that Virat’s shot was not a difficult one by any means.

“Virat Kohli’s six to Haris Rauf was not difficult to hit. He just made room for himself and hit it straight. It was bowled at a hard length, and he could have hit it towards cover too. It was a good shot on a good ball,” Sohail said on the Nadir Ali Podcast.

Sohail Khan also deemed Rohit Sharma a better player than Virat. "Virat Kohli is a great batter, but Rohit Sharma is even better than Kohli. Rohit is technically better; he plays late and has a lot of time. Rohit ruled world cricket for 10-12 years," Pakistan bowler Sohail Khan. The Pak pacer didn’t stop there but also questioned Gautam Gambhir’s credibility by stating that ‘no one pays much heat to what the former Indian cricketer says.

"I don't believe people listen to what Gautam Gambhir says or what his views about Pakistan are. I don't even know who Gambhir is. Next question please," Sohail Khan added.
