The highly-anticipated Asia Cup 2023 Super 4s match-up between India and Pakistan was stopped after sudden rainfall in Colombo's R. Premadasa Stadium. Immediately as the ground staff started covering the ground, Pakistan's opener Fakhar Zaman joined in to help these workers.

In a video that has since gone viral on social media, Zaman can be seen pulling the cover with groundstaff in a heartwarming gesture. Talking about the game, the Men in Blue scored 147 thanks to a stunning 121-run opening stand thanks to Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma. Whereas for Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shadab Khan dismissed the opening pair after a poor start.
