Hardik Pandya, the Indian all-rounder, was spotted in a viral video on X, reuniting with his son Agastya for the first-time after divorce with Natasa Stankovic, who had dropped off the young boy to her former husband’s home in Mumbai a few weeks ago. After months of speculation in regard to a rift in their relationship, Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic officially announced their separation in July 2024, just four years after marrying each other.
Notably, after his parents were divorced, Agastya had travelled to Serbia with his mother Natasa Stankovic, who was born in the Southeast European nation. After spending some time in Serbia, Natasa Stankovic arrived in India with her son, dropping him off at Hardik Pandya’s home earlier this month, but the Indian cricketer wasn’t able to meet him at the time due to his holiday break, according to a report from NDTV.

The viral video on X had Hardik Pandya holding Agastya and the son of Krunal Pandya in his arms, and the happiness on his face was quite palpable. The Indian cricketer was jumping for joy after meeting his son for the first-time in months after coming back from a much deserved break following his commitments in the T20I format for India in recent times.

According to a report published in Times Now last month, Natasa Stankovic was unable to handle the personality of Hardik Pandya, who was claimed to be too full of him, which led to their divorce. A source said, “He was too flamboyant for her, too full of himself. Natasa could not handle it anymore. She realised that there was a major gap between how they were as people. She tried to match it up to him but it made her feel uncomfortable. This was a never-ending process so it became tiring after a while. Natasa was not able to keep pace hence she decided to take a step back.”
“She mulled over it but her decision became firm when he did not change. It was a very painful decision by Natasa but it didn't come in one day/ one week. It was a slow but gradual wound that kept hurting her,” the source further added.
