Golden State Warriors powered through the Boston Celtics as they took a crucial 3-2 lead in the 2021-22 NBA finals on Tuesday. The Dubs didn’t let go of their homecourt advantage as they registered a 104-94 victory. Both teams were neck and neck, until the fourth quarter when Golden State surged ahead for the victory.

This sudden shift in momentum into the last fourth quarter was thanks to Jordan Poole’s continued brilliance. The Michigan alum drained another crazy 33-foot 3 from the left wing to beat the third-quarter buzzer as the Warriors took a 75-74 lead while entering the fourth quarter. This bucket broke the shackles for Steve Kerr’s side as other stars like Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins carried the Dubs to victory.

We have one more we want to win: Poole

Reacting to the team’s performance, Jordan Poole talked about how the team is focused and locked in to win the title. He said, “The same how we have been all series. We're one game closer but we still have got another 48 to go out there and play. Stay locked in.”

“Stay extremely focused and look at our adjustments and find ways to get better. We have to go get a big one on the road, and we feel like we are fully capable of that, but the job is not done yet obviously, we have one more we want to win.”

We know what we need to do: Williams

Boston Celtics center Robert Williams expressed his disappointment with the team’s performance as he said, "We know what we need to do. We know what we've been messing up on. Like you said, we've been here before. Got the most confidence in everybody in that locker room. Going back to what [Al Horford] said, we have to look each other in the eye now, our backs are up against the wall.”
