Liverpool faced off against Chelsea in a mid-table clash at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night and it turned out to be a frustrating match for both teams as neither side could finish their chances and it ended without a goal being scored. Both the sides had enough chances to score goals but the strikers failed to capitalize, however, one incident brought Liverpool teammates Jordan Henderson and Alisson Becker against each other during the game.

Chelsea forward Joao Felix had a big chance to score the opener against Liverpool when Matip failed to clear the ball cleanly thankfully Felix was imbalanced and sent the chance over the bar so no harm was done. Apparently, there was a communication issue between Matip and Alisson, which led to the slip-up.

The Liverpool captain weighed in and might have criticized Alisson, which the goalkeeper took issue with. The Brazilian goalkeeper and the English midfielder were at each other in their penalty area and Joel Matip got involved as well, they were furious with each other until Henderson walked away. Another incident involving the captain happened in the first half when the captain seemed upset at Matip for not passing him the ball quickly.

The Liverpool mates seemed to have solved their differences by the end of the game as they walked together laughing to the changing room.

The frustration is now visible in the Liverpool players as their bad season keeps getting worse with the tame 0-0 draw against Chelsea, they are now eighth in the table with Aston Villa going above them and they are level on points with ninth-place Brentford as European hopes keep slipping away for the Reds.

Such altercations make the matters worse for the manager to manage an already struggling team and they now will face an even harder test as they face the table toppers Arsenal this Sunday. Klopp's men will need to be at their absolute best to give any competition to Arsenal.
