Kyrie Irving was seen practicing hard for the 2023-24 NBA season in a recent video which has since then, gone viral on social media. The point guard was seen practicing at a local court in a friendly match. The regular season is slated to begin in October, later this year, but the schedule hasn’t been released by the NBA yet.
Irwing had a pretty decent 2022-23 season for the Mavericks, as he averaged 27.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game. But he only looks to improve these numbers as he practices for the next season.
The 31-year-old seemed to be on fire in the practice match, as he scored basket after basket. He used all his experience as he was scoring from all regions of the court quite easily. It was a thrilling game, and was tied at 99-99, when Irwing swooped in, scored a two-pointer, and took his team home.

The point guard made headlines quite recently when he signed a massive deal with Chinese footwear brand Anta. The endorsement deal is valid for five years and Irwing will serve as the company's new Chief Creative Officer. The eight-time all-star also said that he will launch ANTA x KYRIE Youth Basketball Camps all over the world, with the first events likely to take place in China and the US.
It's believed that Irving's first pair of ANTA-branded signature trainers will go on sale in the first quarter of 2024, joining a number of NBA players who already do so, such as Klay Thompson of the Warriors.
