It's obviously about bragging rights: Tim David on facing Cameron Green
This MI vs RCB clash will also mark the return of Aussie all-rounder Cameron Green, who was traded from the Mumbai Indians to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in an all-cash deal. Talking about the prospect of facing Gree, MI batter Tim David spoke about how this back-and-forth would be about bragging rights.
While speaking to the Mumbai Indians website, David said, “I went to the same school as Cam, so it's obviously about bragging rights. You are playing against your mates, but they're the opposition. Yes, we played together a year ago. But people change their games and learn different skills, so you can't bank on that knowledge. It's all about playing the game out of the middle,” he said.
