The Pakistan Super League (PSL) exhibition match between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi attracted a lot of eyeballs, not only for cricketing but for non-cricketing reasons too. After the match was briefly halted due to a bomb blast, it later saw some entertaining game.

Quetta Gladiators’ Iftikar Ahmed smashed Wahab Riaz for six sixes in the final over of the inning. Ahmed amassed 36 runs and ended the innings with a score of unbeaten 94.

However, after this the two players engaged in a hilarious interaction on Sunday (5 February). “Jo marzi ho jaaye, 6 chakke maarna badi baat hai aur khana bhi utne hi housle ki baat hai (Whatever happens, hitting six sixes is a big thing and to concede as many one needs equally high morale),” Wahab said in the video.

It is to be noted that the eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League will kickstart from February 13. The Multan Sultans will lock horns with Lahore Qalandars in the tournament opener at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
