BCCI announces India’s squad for T20 World Cup 2024

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Tuesday, April 30 announced the Indian squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. The biennial tournament will have 55 matches in total, to be played in the Caribbean and the United States of America from June 1 to June 29.

England players to be unavailable for IPL 2024 playoffs, confirms ECB

England on Tuesday, April 30 announced their preliminary squad for the T20 World Cup 2024. During the announcement, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) also confirmed that their players will not be available for the IPL 2024 playoffs and will return in time for the series against Pakistan, starting May 22 in Headingley.

Cricket South Africa on Tuesday, April 30 confirmed their 15-member squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, set to be played in West Indies and the United States of America in June. The side will be led by Aiden Markram, who has been leading the Proteas Men’s team since the T20 World Cup 2022.

ACB announces Afghanistan squad for T20 World Cup 2024

Afghanistan Cricket Board has released their squad, led by leg spinner Rashid Khan, for the T20 World Cup 2024. The Afghanistan squad also has three travelling reserves -- Sediq Atal, Hazratullah Zazai and Saleem Safi. Afghanistan will kick off their World Cup 2024 against Uganda, before taking on New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and West Indies in Group C.
