Biaggio Ali Walsh is a rising star in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA) as he is making waves in the Professional Fighters League (PFL). The MMA star recently moved to 4-1 record with another first round knockout win. The 24-year-old from Las Vegas, Nevada, has followed his grandfather Muhammad Ali’s footsteps into the combat sports arena, but he has chosen MMA over boxing.

Walsh started his athletic career as an American football player, and he was a standout running back at Bishop Gorman High School. He also led his team to three consecutive state championships. However, Ali Walsh soon realized that football was not his true passion, and he decided to switch to MMA after his freshman year. Growing up around boxing, Walsh spent a lot of time with his grandfather and watched him train and hit the bag, who also had some experience in martial arts, as he trained in taekwondo and karate as a kid.

Ali Walsh made his amateur MMA debut in 2020, and all his four wins have come by first-round knockout. Walsh fights in the lightweight division and currently trains at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas.
