The young sensation Sachin Dhas, who is set to turn 19 tomorrow, recorded a century against Nepal in the ongoing Under-19 World Cup match in Bloemfontein and became third batsman to smash a century (116) for India in this U-19 WC edition.

Sachin Dhas made his debut in Youth ODIs during ACC U19 Asia Cup in December 2023 where he went onto smash a fifty (58) against Pakistan in his debut innings and later he was seen playing a Tri-Nation tournament in South Africa, which happened from December 2023 to January 2024. Sachin Dhas before playing in U19 WC 2024 had scored just 76 tuns from 4 innings (7 matches) in the Youth ODI format since he plays as middle order batter.
