Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh posted a video on his Instagram where he was seen pranking his mother. In the video, Yuvi fools his mother by giving her the wrong hand as she wants to help it to be cured. His mother takes the right hand and is strapping an apparatus on it, but then Yuvraj reveals that the other hand is hurt as everyone in the room breaks out in laughter.

Throughout his career, Yuvraj Singh has earned the reputation of being the 'jokester'. There have been countless incidents where Yuvi has planned elaborate pranks on his teammates and coaches. Harbhajan Singh narrated one such incident on the show Breakfast With Champions where he talked about him. Yuvraj and a few other players decided to prank their captain Sourav Ganguly as they created fake newspaper reports, where Ganguly was seen criticizing his teammates. The practice was halted as Yuvi, Harbhajan, and others called out Ganguly, leaving him cornered in front of the team. The captain was confused and told the team the reports were fake, but the group continued for some more time. Soon as things got heated, Yuvi and Harbhajan revealed the prank as the team shared an incredible laugh.

Another such anecdote was shared by Virat Kohli, where Yuvraj Singh and a few other senior players pushed him to touch Sachin Tendulkar's feet as he is considered the God of Cricket. Kohli spoke on how Yuvi and other senior players told him how this had been a team ritual, and it was obligatory for him to do it. Virat was super nervous as he was making his India senior team debut, and so he decided to follow the senior players' instructions. As he went to touch Tendulkar's feet, he refrained and, after knowing the whole story, told Virat that all the seniors were pranking him.

Even after retirement, Yuvi's antics have transferred onto Instagram, where he was seen tagging England Allrounder Andrew Flintoff on his Instastory as he found a hilarious meme. The Instastory said, "This is too funny whoever made this. What do you think, @aflintoff11?". The meme referred to how Flintoff triggered Yuvraj to hit six sixes in the 2007 T20 World Cup.
