Harshal Patel
A surprising decision by RCB came to light when they did not retain the purple cap winner Harshal Patel. He picked up 32 wickets in the last edition of the IPL and was one of the very few positives for RCB in the last year. Harshal Patel also had a hattrick to his name and fans would definitely want him back in RCB.
