The whole Indian batting lineup was all out in 30.5 and New Zealand chased the winning target in 14.4 overs losing two wickets.

6. 91 Runs against SA in 2006
India suffered a big defeat against South Africa in an ODI match in Durban on November 22, 2006. After batting first, South Africa posted a total of 248/8 with the help of Jacques Kallis’ 119*(160) runs. In reply, India were bowled out for just 91 runs, to lose the game by 157 runs.

5. 88 runs against NZ in 2010
New Zealand defeated India by a big margin of 200 runs in Dambulla on August 10, 2010. After batting first, New Zealand were all out on 288 runs in 48.5 overs. In reply, India couldn’t even reach even closer to the target and were bowled out for just 88 runs in 29.3 overs.

India registered their fourth lowest total in ODI cricket in a match against Pakistan in Sialkot on October 13, 1978. After batting first, India were bowled for just 79 runs in 34.2 overs. In reply, Pakistan chased the target in 16.5 overs after losing just two wickets.

India were bowled out for just 78 runs in a match against Sri Lanka in Kanpur on December 24, 1986. After batting first, Sri Lanka posted a total of 195/8 in 46 overs. While chasing the total, India kept losing wickets at regular interval with only two batters crossing the double-digit mark. India were all out on 24.1 overs, losing the game by 117 runs.

India registered their lowest-ever total in ODI cricket during the final of the Coca Cola champions trophy against Sri Lanka in Sharjah on October 29, 2000. After batting first, Sri Lanka posted a total of 299/5 as Sanath Jayasuriya top scored with 189(161) runs. In reply, India were bowled out for just 54 runs in 26.3 overs, losing the match by 245 runs.
