Indian cricketing stars Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, and his wife Anushka Sharma were seen attending the FA Cup Final 2022-23 between Manchester City and Manchester United at the iconic Wembley Stadium. The English football giants will lock horns for the first time in the final of the FA Cup.
Both Virat and Anushka are the brand ambassadors of one of the most popular athleisure brands PUMA, and they have been invited by the brand and the Manchester United Football Club for the FA Cup Finale. Both Kohli and Gill are currently in England as they gear up for the upcoming World Test Championship final of the 2021-23 cycle against Australia. This fixture will be hosted by the Oval Stadium in Kennington which is also in London.

Talking about the game, Manchester City drew first blood in just 13 seconds thanks to Ilkay Gündogan's stunning volley. Before Bruno Fernandes equalised for the Red Devils through a penalty after Jack Grealish's handball. After an entertaining first half, City quickly doubled their lead once with another Gündogan goal early in the second half which sealed the game for the Sky Blues.
Reacting to this win, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola spoke about how he is privileged to be one game away from winning the treble. He said, "What a privilege we are one game away. We won already the FA Cup and we won the Premier League, but it is the same. For me an incredible three years - two finals and one semi-final. We give incredible credit for what we did. I said to the players you have to put the pressure on yourself to be recognised as something good you have to win Europe."
