Notably, Shaheen was ruled out of the T20 Asia Cup 2022 after he suffered injury during team's Zimbabwe tour and has been advised to stay away from the field for 4-6 weeks.  Speaking of Hasnain's international career, the right arm pacer rose to fame due to his ability to constantly bowl 150kmph. Hasnain's bowling soon caught the eyes of ICC as his action was termed 'chucking' due to which he could not participate in the national set-up.

After ICC recommended action correction work earlier this year, Hasnain bounced back and became an instant hit in the English county cricket. Haasnain was once again in the limelight recently as Australian batter Marcus Stoinis alleged him for chucking. After getting out on bowler's delivery, Stoinis was seen mimicking Hasnain's action showing his bent arms.

Pakistan Men's cricket team have successfully white-washed Netherlands in three-match ODI series and now will participate in the upcoming T20 Asia Cup 2022. The T20 tournament will be played in the United Arab of Emirates from August 27 to September 11. Pakistan will start their campaign against arch-rivals India on August 28. Both the teams have been placed in Group A along with the winner of the ongoing Asia Cup qualifier. Associate teams like UAE, Kuwait, Singapore and Hong Kong are locking horns in order to secure only berth in the Asia Cup 2022.
