Aston Villa forward Alsiha Lehmann, who has a massive social media following of 12 million on Instagram, has been offered a $100,000 contract to join an adult subscription platform My.Club. However, the 24-year-old Swiss star stated that all her attention is currently on the upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup, which will take place from July 20, 2023.

Lehmann has been a regular starter for Aston Villa's women's team this year as the Villans are currently placed at the fifth spot in the WSL standings. While the team have qualified for the FA Women's Cup quarterfinal, where they will face Manchester City.
The Switzerland women's footballer often posts about her activities on and off the field on her social media accounts, leaving her followers drooling. Subscription platform My.Club has offered a $50k signing-on fee and a further $50k donation to the Swiss women’s top flight to Lehmann as an incentive for joining the platform .

As reported by Daily Star, My.Club vice president Mike Ford wrote in an open letter to Lehmann, "Given your growing legion of fans, which will only increase as the World Cup approaches this summer, My.Club would like to extend an offer to you to create an account and join the site.
"It totally makes sense at this level of popularity to launch your 'own club'. You can post training photos, thirst traps and personally field questions from fans and not have to deal with people sliding in your DMs 24/7."

However, in a recent interview with talkSPORT, she stressed that her primary focus is football. She said, "It’s more that it’s really nice, the support and everything and it’s also a big opportunity. I would like to show the world that women can actually do it in football and you don’t need to just to be normal. You can also be a bit crazy, just be you, and use your personality to show the world who you are. Some people just see Instagram and social media and don’t even know I actually play football."

She added, "When I don’t post a football picture for a week, people say, 'oh she doesn’t even play'. I’m a proper footballer. I work hard every day. I want to be the best version of myself in football and that’s my first priority in life."
Meanwhile, Aston Villa women's team, who thrashed Brighton and Hove Albion 6-2 in their last league match at the Broadfield Stadium, are scheduled to face the sixth-placed Everton in the WSL on Sunday, March 5.
