France captain Kylian Mbappe has reportedly decided to leave his club Paris Saint-Germain at the end of this season. As reported by Reuters, the PSG forward will join La Liga giants Real Madrid after the 2023-24 season. This move from Mbappe comes after a period of intense speculations surrounding the 25-year-old.

The France international has been linked with a possible move to the Spanish giants over the last couple of years, but nothing ever unfolded a continued with the PSG. Reports citing ESPN further reveal that Mbappe has not informed PSG or Real Madrid of his decision but is expected to announce in the coming weeks.
A French newspaper Le Parisien first reported this news with ESPN further confirming, citing unnamed sources. Speaking of Mbappe, the 25-year-old has been with PSG since 2017, when he first joined the club on loan from Monaco and assumed his contract very next year.
The French striker in 2023 confirmed that he will not renew his contract at the Ligue 1 side when it expires at the end of the 2023-24 season, allowing him to move on a free transfer. Moreover, media reports further added that Mbappe had agreed to forgo loyalty bonuses worth up to $107.84 million to leave PSG as a free agent.
Moreover, if he joins Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex-club, he will be paired alongside Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham.
