With a new captain leading the side this season, Rajasthan Royals are all set to take on the field. The Sanju Samson-led side will play their opening fixture on April 12 against Punjab Kings. With some new faces leading the side like Chris Morris, Liam Livingstone, Mustafizur Rahman and Shivam Dube, fans are curious and certainly hoping for good fortunes.

With IPL just a week away, the franchise has finally disclosed the new look jersey. EXPO 2021 has been announced their title sponsor ahead of the 14th edition of the cash-rich league.

Jofra Archer to miss first four games

Notably, England pacer Jofra Archer will be missing at least the first four games for the Royals. Archer, who injured himself before heading to India ahead of England series, had undergone a surgery few days back.

Also, Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman will be missing the opening game for Rajasthan Royals. Rahman is currently on Bangladesh tour of New Zealand and will be joining the camp on April 4. He will undergo mandatory quarantine before joining the squad.
