Five-time champions Australia are taking on Afghanistan in Match 39 of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. While it was Naveen-ul Haq to dismiss Head and Marsh early in the inning, Azmatullah dismissed David Warner, who has been the main batter for the side. On the first delivery of the ninth over, the Aussie mistimed the shot, with an inswinger dislodging the stumps.

Soon after this important wicket, Mohammad Kaif, who is part of one of the commentary panels, shared a few words on this dismissal. “The kind of shot David Warner played, it never looked like he is a top order batter,” Kaif said.
