The Indian captain, Rohit Sharma, hilariously stormed towards Washington Sundar in disbelief after he missed his run-up twice during the second ODI of the three-match series against Sri Lanka. After the first ODI ended in a tie, both Sri Lanka and India are slugging it out at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, to ensure they don’t lose the series.
After the captain of Sri Lanka, Charith Asalanka won the toss, he decided to bat first on a dry pitch, expected to provide a lot of assistance to the spinners. On the first ball of the innings, India got off to the best possible start when Mohammed Siraj picked up the in-form Pathum Nissanka’s wicket, nicking him off to KL Rahul behind the stumps.
